At District X, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns:

  • You may return items within 5 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • To initiate a return, email us at info@districtx.au with your order details.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method or can we available for store credit as per convenience. 

Exchanges:

  • If you need a different size or color, please initiate an exchange request.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
