Orders & Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as it’s on the way.

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within Australia. Remote areas may take a little longer. Peak seasons can add 1–2 days.

We offer free shipping when your cart meets the current free-shipping threshold shown at checkout.

We start packing quickly, but if your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Unused items in original condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a store credit. To start a return, contact us with your order number.

For a different size or color, return the original item for store credit, then place a new order.

Payments & Security

We accept major cards, Apple Pay/Google Pay, Shop Pay and more. All payments are processed securely.

DistrictX supports one discount code per order. Loyalty rewards generate a discount code and typically can’t be stacked with other codes.

Products & Sizing

On each product page, use the Size Guide link (or “Size Chart”). If you’re in between sizes, we generally recommend going up one size.

Popular items are restocked regularly. Click “Notify me when available” on the product page to get an alert.

Loyalty & Rewards

Create a store account using the account icon or at checkout. It’s free to join.

Yes! New members receive AUD $50 in their wallet when they create an account.

At checkout, choose your Points/Wallet reward to apply a discount code. You can redeem up to 10% of the order total per purchase (e.g., $120 order → up to $12 discount), until your wallet is used up.

Yes—members earn 5% cashback (in points/wallet value) on eligible orders after checkout. Your rewards are added once the order is confirmed/fulfilled.

Gift cards, shipping fees, and taxes don’t earn or accept rewards. Rewards can’t be combined with other discount codes.

Accounts & Support

No, you can checkout as a guest, but creating an account lets you track orders and earn rewards.
